Coaching built on doing, not theory

Success Catalyst exists for one reason: to help capable people get unstuck and stay in motion — and with that, to improve themselves and their organisation.

The approach

The approach is deliberately practical. Every session ends with a choice and a next step you can actually take before the next one. Progress is measured in what changes between the conversations, not in how good the plan looks on paper.

We work one-to-one and with small teams, in Dutch, French, or English, in person in Belgium and the south of the Netherlands, or online anywhere. The method stays the same: we find out where it chafes, choose what to tackle first, and put good habits in place.

The name says how we see the role. A catalyst is not part of the reaction, but it is what sets it going. We stand outside your day-to-day and ask the pointed questions you do not think of while you are looking at the situation from the inside. We make visible what has become invisible from close up.

Who you'll be working with

Two sides of the same work

Organisation and flow on one side, people and growth on the other. Most of what gets stuck turns out to sit precisely between the two — which is where we work together.

Organisation & flow

Has spent many years working one to one with business owners and managers. Trained in Germany, England and Belgium and specialised in leadership roles, he looks at how a business actually runs: where the work gets stuck, which rules are doing real work and which are only habit, and whether people are in the right seats.

People & growth

Came to training and coaching from years in hospitality, then specialised in change programmes, setting up organisations and leadership development. Her focus is the person behind the role: behaviour, motivation and collaboration — how a team talks to itself, what moves the people in it, and what stops them delivering what they are capable of.

What joins the two is looking at who someone actually is, before deciding anything about roles or processes.

How we work

  • Honest over comfortable — you'll always know where you stand.
  • Specific over clever — a next step beats a grand theory.
  • Consistent over intense — rhythm beats heroics.
