Frequently asked questions
If your question isn’t here, just ask — we would rather answer it than leave you guessing.
Is this for you?
Who do you work with?
Owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses. Sometimes that means working with one person, sometimes with a whole team. Either way the company is the client, and the company is who we invoice.
What do people usually come to you with?
They want things to run more smoothly, or they want to grow and the way the business works isn’t ready for it. Underneath that it is usually people, organisation or efficiency — and more often than not, some of all three.
How it works
What happens in a first conversation?
You talk about what you are working on. There is no script and no presentation — mostly we ask questions. It is free and there is nothing to commit to afterwards. By the end you will know whether there is a match, and most people come away with a clearer view of what actually needs addressing.
How long is a session, and how long does a programme run?
Both depend on the programme, which is why we agree its shape before we start. In practice a programme runs three months, six months, or up to a year.
How do you know whether it is working?
Every conversation opens with a short evaluation of what has changed since the last one. We go step by step so that things actually get implemented instead of piling up — progress shows in what changes between conversations, not in how good the plan looks.
Practical matters
What languages do you work in?
Dutch, French and English.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. In person we cover Belgium and the south of the Netherlands; online, anywhere. Appointments in the evening or at the weekend are possible if that fits your week better.
How soon can we start?
Usually within a month. Plan for at least three months of work from there — how long depends on the programme we agree.
Can I move or cancel an appointment?
A first conversation you can move or cancel yourself, using the link in your confirmation email. Once a programme is running, the sessions are reserved in both diaries and we ask for five working days’ notice.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. What you tell us is not discussed with anyone else. When we work with a team, what the employer hears is the progress being made, not the content of individual conversations. If something delicate does need raising with them, we help you raise it yourself rather than doing it behind you.
Ready for a different quarter?
Start with a single conversation. No script, no pressure — just a clear look at what's in your way and what to do about it.
