Discovery Sprint
Half a day at your office. We map one or two processes, count the hours lost, and you get a fixed quote within five working days. €750, or €1,500 with a clickable prototype the same day. Credited against the build.
Fixed-price build
Fixed scope, fixed price, a demo on your phone every week. Sixty days of support after delivery, then a maintenance plan if you want one.

Booking & payment

A booking system in your own house style: packages and pricing rules, payment by Bancontact or Payconiq, no double bookings, automatic pdf and Peppol invoices.

Proven in practice
Three seasons in production, every competition day
Since 2023 André has built the software that Pegasus Photo Creations runs on, an equestrian photography business working at international show jumping events. That software never ran in a demo — it ran at seven o'clock on Saturday mornings, with real customers and real payments at the ring.
What is running today:
- Online booking of photo and video packages, with payment and without double bookings
- A live app that schedules photographers from the competition's start lists
- An on-site kiosk with a card reader and QR payment, working without internet too
- A webshop with secure digital delivery
- An invoicing hub with Peppol e-invoices and VAT reporting
- AI-assisted sorting of the photos by rider and by class
This website is our own work too: the booking module, the questionnaires and the client management behind it were written here, not subscribed to from a platform.
How we work
Fixed price, fixed scope
The quote lists the screens you get. Anything added is a separate change, approved in writing — no surprises on the invoice.
A demo every week
Every Friday you see what has been built, on your own phone. Whatever grates, we hear about it that day.
You own it
The data, the configuration and the code written for you are in your name. So are the hosting, the payment provider and the domain. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.
EU hosting, GDPR and Peppol from day one
Servers in the EU, a data processing agreement wherever one is required, and e-invoices that meet the obligation in force since January 2026.
Prices exclude VAT. A custom app or automation is a digital investment — ask your accountant whether your project qualifies for the increased investment deduction for small companies.
